Léo Theillac is a Paris-qualified attorney focused exclusively on French employment law.


He holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and trained at leading international firms including Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Latham & Watkins, and King & Spalding, where he advised on high-stakes and complex matters.


Building on this experience, Léo founded his own practice to provide clients with tailored, high-value advice delivered with the agility of an independent structure—reflecting his vision of modern legal counsel.
