A member of the Paris Bar, Léo Theillac dedicates his practice to French employment law.
A graduate of the Master in Economic Law from Sciences Po Paris and Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Léo developed his expertise within leading international business law firms such as Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Latham & Watkins and King & Spalding, working on complex, high-stakes matters.
Building on this experience, Léo chose to found his own firm in order to offer his clients bespoke, high-value support combined with the agility of an independent structure, in line with his vision of legal advice.
Well-versed in demanding, international environments, Léo works seamlessly in French and English, and takes care to tailor his advice to the strategic and human stakes specific to each client, combining legal rigor with operational pragmatism.
